Imagine waking up with more energy, sharper focus, and a sense of calm that carries you through the day, no matter what life throws at you. That isn’t a dream. It’s what I help people create.
I’m Rich Hammond, certified SOMA Breath® instructor, stress management coach, and EFT practitioner. After decades in high-pressure leadership, I’ve mastered tools that turn stress into clarity, resilience, and unstoppable energy. These methods aren’t theory — they’re practical, science-backed, and they work.
If you’re ready to stop feeling drained, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode, and instead step into a calmer, clearer, more powerful version of yourself, this is where it begins.
Your breath is the most powerful tool you have. I’ll show you how to use it.

To preserve the quiet power and personal space of the experience, each gathering is held in a small, intentionally intimate circle at The Manu Centre, Bradford on Avon.
Saturday 17th October 2026, 10.30am - 12.00pm.
